On Saturday, November 6, 2021 at approximately 9:28 PM, West Newbury Reserve Officer George Lenotte (hereinafter, "LENOTTE") completely blocked the victim and her friend from being able to leave their driveway, thus restraining and restricting their lawful movement to exit their own driveway. LENOTTE activated and trained his marked cruiser's extremely bright takedown and alley lights directly into the victim's vehicle and unlawfully detaining both victims for approximately eight minutes without ever saying a single solitary word to either victim. It was not until the victims father came onto the driveway that LENOTTE and another unknown marked West Newbury PD unit fled the area. The incident was memorialized in an attorney-authored Cease and Desist letter, as LENOTTE's actions are part of the continued pattern of harassing, threatening, and intimidating conduct my LENOTTE and several other officers of the West Newbury PD.
