Statement
I was released from the hospital and I went to park in a vacant parking lot to wait a few hours till daylight and officer Robertson made contact with me and I explained my situation and the whole time he had his flashlight pointed at my eyes. My hands were visible and after repeatedly asking him to please lower his light I shined a small pen light in his direction and at this point he grabbed my arm and twisted it while trying to pull me out of my vehicle but my seat belt was still on and the door closed so I unbuckled my seatbelt and opened my door. He then proceeded to yank me out and slammed me to the floor and put his knee on the side of my face. When he slammed me to the ground he broke my watch as well, which one of the officers that came to back him up, picked up in pieces from the floor and handed it to me. He then stated that I was going to jail for trespassing but nobody had asked me to leave prior to this. More officers arrived but they were both very professional and after explaining to them that I had recently lost my mother and I had recently been released from the hospital due to depression, they were really compassionate about my situation. In the end he ran my name and let me go.
