Officer of Pima County Sheriff Auxiliary made intentionally false statements to reporting officers, Pima CountySheriff, Pima County Procecutor and Pima CountyJustice Court. Falsely claimed to be victim in case number CR21-003011 MI (subsequently finally dropped by Pima County Procecutor August 11 2021 after months of legal expense, trauma and loss of credit rating etc. Fraudulenty collected victims compensation from County. Coolaberated with a known, published and dangerous anti-Jewish activist named Eusebie Gherman (I have order against Harassment and Stalking against Gherman since 2021) in order to make false arrest on fabricated charges against Jewish victim. Case number CR21-03011-MI . Carries -garnishes large 44 caliber handgun and has repeadly threatened, harassed and stalked complainant from December 2021 through July of 2022 when complainant was forced to leave Arizona in fear of deadly force by Romero and accomplices.

Arizona Public Records Law

§39-121 et seq.

The Arizona Public Records Law has been in existence for more than 100 years and mandates that all public records be open to inspection by any person at all times during office hours. Public records include books, papers, maps, photographs or other documentary materials. Lake v. City of Phoenix recently established that digital meta-data, attached to files stored in any electronic form are considered part of that document and are thus subject to open records requests.

The Arizona Public Records Law does have some exceptions which include: student records, research records, donor information, or if the release of a record would constitute an invasion of personal privacy and that invasion outweighs the public’s right to know, of if the disclosure of a record is detrimental to the best interests of the state. Arizona law also requires individuals who are making a FOIA request for commercial purposes to state those purposes.
