This officer was the most senior member of the department related to my case. He was called to Kendall regional Hospital by Officer Alberto Tellez. Alberto Tellez told Sergeant Eric Fernandez that they had assaulted me. Eric Fernandez approached me while I laid on a Medical Bed, with visible injuries to my heard and face, instead of trying to assist me, or trying to find out what happened to me, he kept saying to me "you are not talking very now are you? you are not talking very much now are you? and smiled at me. I could not speak as a result to having been punched by Officer Alberto Tellez on left side of the face, causing injuries to my jaw. Sergeant Eric Fernandez covered up the acts of 5 officers that either battered me or falsified police records to hide their crimes.
