ON BEHALF OF UNDERAGE CHILD AT SCENE, MOTHER AND FAMILY FILE FORMAL COMPLAINT 1. Arresting officer did not follow FLORIDA DOMESTIC VIOLENCE laws, procedures or protocols at scene. 2. Underage child was present at the scene, but officer violated civil rights of protection by claiming “NO”. 3. Professional Standards is in possession of complaint directly with information to show cause of violations. 4. Immediate supervisor is in possession of complaint directly with information to show cause of misconduct. 5. State Attorney Office was contacted with information involving suppression of presence of underage at scene. 6. Division 50 DOMESTIC VIOLENCE section received AFFIDAVIT to show cause and filed affidavit. 7. Investigative Units were advised of persistent contempt from defendant from date of release, 1/25/2021. 8. Domestic Violence Court Section advised family to stop contacting them and cease forwarding. 9. Family understands the officer was “exonerated” but no investigator or supervisor used laws to exonerate. 10. Domestic Violence is against the law in Florida and protocols have not been applied causing damages. 11. Domestic Violence must not be manipulated to appear non-evasive to underage children that are harmed. 12. Domestic Violence is a crime and any act suppressing or negotiating crimes coddles violent offenders. 13. Defendant has not complied with any of the probable cause, conditional release, no contact order to date. 14. Defendant has denied order exists or has signed ANY conditional release under oath, to police and in court. 15. Disability of ethical standards, integrity, respect, fairness or courage must be formally addressed. 16. All personnel that have denied protocols of domestic violence and victims rights must be accountable. 17. All acts appear to be organized, under influences of each other and dependent on obstruction of justice. 18. Family of child is saddened to report that discriminatory deprivations of justice are depraved indifference. 19. Family has been diligent, but local police have aided and denied protection from no contact purposefully. 20. Deprivations of civil rights by means of orchestrated acts, perjury and denial of rights is inhumane. 21. Family understands there may be retaliation as a result of these complaints, but victims need advocacy.
