Last December we were pulled over coming home from visiting a friend in Missouri and arrested with no probable cause. Then 25 days later two Mountain View Sheriffs came to our house and pushed there weigh in on a search and seizure. We were held in the county jail under what they call a CID for 3 days. Without being able to make a phone call. Our rights were not read to us. The chief deputy said to me “What the fuck is it going to take for you to get out of Arkansas?” They have given us almost life sentences charges for guns and less then 5 joints and trimmings for marijuana. Between retaining an attorney and bailing out of jail I have spent my life savings of almost 40K. The reports written up by the involved officers have false statements throughout. The officers did not wear body cams, nor did they wear gloves or use a video camera when obtaining evidence in our house. They unplugged my security camera and was able to delete 4 days of video on the system. They placed a satellite tracker on my 4runner. The officer that escorted me to the jail obtained my two sets of keys and went back to my house. The search warrant was not to be executed till the next morning. However, all the pictures and the locks relocked prove he had used my keys that should have been checked in as my personal property at the jail. As you can see my guns were locked up in my closet and in two of the pictures show my green plastic gun tote in my closet but yet the officers took the tote out of my closet put it on my bed and are trying to set my boyfriend up on gun charges because I have to keep them locked up around him he is a ex-felon. These sheriff officers need to be Fired as you can see those picture are what they gave me for part of our discovery paperwork and they are trying to convict me and my boyfriend . They don't even have any latex gloves on or anything we are being set up and my boyfriend is looking at the rest of his l8fe in prison b3cause of these sheriff oficers.
