on 12-28-2020 I was arrested by Union County Sheriff's department at my home in Union County Mississippi. They were serving a warrant " they claimed but never produced" for Lee County Mississippi by Investigator Robert Bean. The charge was entirely based on My comments on my page/space on social media about a person that I caught with a group of people on my property stalking. with the photo evidence and tag number, public records request. Lee County, Union County have a practice of charging me with Felony Cyber Stalking for exercising my First Amendment Right of Freedom of expression. They have done this on multiple occasions and never make an arrest of those that commit a crime against me. When taken to Lee County Jail I was never allowed a telephone call nor medication. I was forced into a restraint chair for asking for my medication and the restraint chair was rolled into a corridor with no surveillance cameras and the chair had been presoaked with pepper spray. I screamed and begged for several hours for water and got no water. this incident is in Federal Court as of the time of this entry. 3:21CV120 Investigator Robert Bean has repeated this since the Federal Case against himself and Agency. Bean has demonstrated his total indifference to the rule of law and the Civil and Constitutional Rights of myself and others, The warrant was dated after I was in custody and that is standard business for Lee County Sheriffs depart and it Sheriff Jim H Johnson. Robert Bean lied under oath to obtain the warrant and this is also a pattern along with totally fabricated evidence. This was also filed with the Department Of Justice Civil Rights Complaint 104204-BMR. DOJ claims they are understaffed and have done nothing.
