SDDA has been prosecuting me, A victim of felony strangulation and child abduction, on account of my Perpatrators, for 4 years on account of a completely fictional order that her county contracted rehab owner and partner filed himself into the court system and never served. As you can see attached in her own reports, Ty Harman, a process server for one of the parties being insulated, lied and said he “served it on 9.18.20, to James Connor’s (my felony charged strangler and child abductor) and admits it was never filed into the court” then someone on the inside entered into the cletis system entered thar it was “served on 12.31.20 by law enforcement” which is a LIE!! I WAS IN LAS COLINAS ON 12.31.20 for allegedly VIOLATING THE ORDER THAT DID NOT EXIST AND WAS NOT SERVED, so therefore NO VIOLATION, and INSTEAD OF JAILING ME, the CORONADO POLICE SHOULD HAVE HELPED ME AS I CAME TO THEM ON THE THIRD DAY OF MY OWN ATTACK. I DID NOT KNOW HOW I GOT TO CORONADO, I HAD NOT SEEN MY DAUGHTER IN MONTHS!!! ON ACCOUNT OF A FAKE ORDER AND HE ABDUCTED HER ON 8.19.20. She was 12!!!! IT WAS CHRISTMAS AND HE CUT ALL CONTACT. I HAVE NOT SEEN OR SPOKEN TO MY OLDEST CHILD IN FOUR YEARS. MY YOUNGEST DAUGHTERS HAVE BEEN GONE SINCE 1.4.21, AFTER THEY WERE ABDUCTED, DRIVEN ACROSS THE COUNTRY WHEN JAMES CONNORS FLED THE STATE DUE TO FELONY STRANGULATION. I HAD FULL CUSTODY AND PROTECTION FOR ALL OF US WHICH WAS TAKEN AWAY FROM ME ON ACCOUNT OF AN ORDER THAT DID NOT EXIST AND WAS NOT SERVED. SUMMER STEPHAN AND MARA ELLIOTT ARE MANIPULATING FILES, RECORDS, CHARGES, AND FACTS TO INSULATE THIS OPIOD INVOLVED CHILD ABDUCTOR. THESE WOMEN ARE RAPING MY CHILDREN AND ME OF OUR BASIC HUMAN RIGHTS AND ABILITY TO MOVE FORWARD. THIS IS A FILTHY INSIDE JOB AND THIS IS RACKATEERING. Please note, these are the individuals and the opioid distribution network being insulated by multiple agencies in San Diego. This scheme involves kickbacks from the insurance payments made for defendants sent to his rehab facility and then the patient dump, untreated, addicts from all over the country the moment their stay is up, or someone with better insurance comes along. These patients get kickbacks. In some cases, Patients are transported in non emergency vehicles to the pill mills to pick up opioid prescriptions in dead people and prisoners names, and fill them, and then deal them. Of course this has been reported, repeatedly, to all agencies. This is fueling the homeless, drug, human traficking, and violent crime crisis we are facing at unpredcedneted levels. Our agencies chose this over 3 little girls, 6, 7, and 12, and Mommy who was strangled and left for dead. And they knew it, they watched us suffer.
