Statement

with-holding of evidence. Refused and still refuses to give copy of original arrest warrant on case #cr-2013-7460. video and audio of interrogation by detective Nalley when he had me in interrogation room #1. He, my public defender and the judge were supposed to have a rule 11 legally binding conditional plea agreement which wasn't filed with the court in conspiracy to deprive my rights. Judge sentenced me illegally not going by either the plea agreement nor the conditions of the plea that was signed by me. This public defender testified against my appeal and I don't think that any thing the prosecutor gave to him should count as giving to the defense.
