Statement

She received an exparte violation from city of Sallisaw , she filed against Cherokee tribal codes trying to get a conviction on insufficient evidence. Case dismissed due to jurisdiction technicality. Mrs. Dry water continued to taunt me and threaten me of the refile and was disorderly as I stood in silence. Unprofessional with the insufficient evidence and failing to state violation. Poorly drafted and amended filing costing the courts money and time ! This was over my child who live with her mother and there is no empathy I have had decree amended because they violated me when I had joint custody, most charges no convictions lack of evidence. I’m just a father who misses his kids and should not be treated as a criminal for that!
