My son was murdered in cold blood in wewoka. The DA called it self defense the day it happened,didn’t let any of my son’s witnesses give statements only took the shooter’s witness statements. Got the video from shooters house and cropped it to make it look like my kids just went to there house to brake in. My kids never went inside. My daughter hit the house with her hand a couple times but other then that it was just an altercation that ended and my kids were leaving and the shooter came onto porch and shot my son while he was in the neighbors yard. They set him up because of a shooting that happened at eZ mart a few months prior.in a part of the video the guy on porch ask the shooter”you got your shit ready” cause they are coming down the road all them Indians are coming down the road so they had the gun ready waiting for him to come. If u notice when this cropped video started Makayla the shooters sister is in the left side of screen with pink pants on she is walking towards my kids as they were walking down the road it was her and her Sister Beth. They started fighting my daughters and it led into there yard. He posted on his Facebook page and put the cropped videos on there stating it’s self defense no charges will be filed. Then tried to put the cropped video on the news and it was all messsd up and he had news remove it. The day he posted that on Facebook ALL the shooters sisters and family started commenting that that’s what we get and now we know how they feel for losing one of their own. And that it was justice for Q dieing a few months prior. They even state JUSTICE DIED ON JANUARY 17th at 810 hitchitie st which is the shooters neighbors house where Andrew was actually shot at. The osbi said they haven’t even finished their investigation or haven’t even give the DA any witnesses reports for him to look over them. And the osbi said we needed to turn the DA in as well. Because DA story has a lot of holes in it pleas help us get justice for my son . The shooters sister also said that there is a shown video but th DA wasn’t going to post it all for respect for the family and the other sister said that “you can clearly see the shooter in the video” but we can’t because it’s been cropped. Which means if u can see the shooter in the video then Andrew witness statements are true. The fight was over and the shooter came out of house on porch under camera and shot. Andrew didn’t go in the house. Also the guy on the video that ask the shooter u got your shit ready is the brother of the guy named Q that was killed by someone else a few months prior.
