Statement

On 11/3/2022, the Oklahoma Attorney General was notified of a hidden camera discovered in the attorney-client conference room in the Carter County Jail. Although the Sheriff denied culpability for the placement of the device, District Attorney Craig Ladd and his Assistants, Melissa Handke and James English, would be the parties to receive the unlawful benefits such a device would produce. Ladd's knowledge that Melissa Handke's marriage to Under Sheriff Tommy Handke, provides an obvious venue for such a misconduct to occur, shows him to be at a minimum cooperative, as he allowed the wife of the undersheriff to try cases minimum cooperative, as he allowed the wife of the undersheriff to try cases Court records indicate that Ladd, Handke, and English all tried cases in the county just prior to the camera being discovered, and therefore must be properly investigated by the bar association, and disbarred upon a finding of ANY wrong doing or violation of Defendant's Constitutional protections!
