Judge Bryan Chambers was aware of Jerry B Derose's employment with the Gila County Attorney's Office, but still permitted him to try a personal divorce in Naraine vs Naraine, not removing DeRose as counsel for petitioner due a "Conflict of Interest". De Rose used Gila County resources and assets to further his personal agenda in this case.
The respondent pays federal, state and local taxes which pays for the salary or subsidizes the salary of Jerry De Rose. Moreover, judge Chambers failed to permit respondent access to legal help while his counsel filed for "separation" of counsel from the case. The case was sped up intensely between August and October after a 18 month delay by both counsels, especially De Rose, who continued to articulate racist overtures ,referring the respondent as a native of Ghana, Africa.
