Officer Ramage was dispatched from a csll against me. Sating that I punched her in the face. Which I did not. They came to my house and I let them in. They inquired about the altercation and I told them I did not punch her. He then asked me if I had been drinking and I told him yes. That I had been gone all day in Hickory. I spent all day working on my pool that I had just sold. He then told me to stand up and that I was under arrest. I refused and told him to get a warrant. He then became angry and very aggressive and yanked me off my couch and became very physically violent. After arrested, he got permission to take me to the hospital. On the way there, he applied his brakes and my face slammed into the back seat. Then at the hospital, whle in handcuffs at the hospital. He pushed me with such force onto the bed and proceeded to choke me to the point I couldn't breathe. It was so bad that I lost conscience. Upon awakening I realized that I had defeated and urinated on myself. I was court warranted to give blood for testing. Which came back negative. I was released for jail, with a broken shoulder, hyperextension of the neck, sprained elbow and multiple bruises all over my body. I stayed in Marshall County Jail for almost five days without medical treatment. After release I went to Baptist Health where I was diagnosed with broken shoulder, hyperextension of the neck, head injury and blunt force trauma to the chest. You can see the ligature marks on my neck and where his fingers were around my throat. Also, Officer Caldwell, observed all of the physical violence my body suffered and did nothing.
