Noel Espinoza was talking to my girlfriend as a friend Aileen Montano and everything was fine until I noticed that he kept following her around the party and kept trying to talk to her and was making her friend Raine Linden feel weird because in the past she mentioned that he had tried to grope her while he was drunk. So multiple of Aileen’s friends were asking him if he could please go away and leave her alone because she has a boyfriend and didn’t want to be bothered. I witnessed him try talking to her multiple times and whenever I would come around the group he would walk away and leave and play dumb. Another thing I witnessed when I went to use the bathroom I over heard him and his group of friends talking about doing something like a drug, maybe cocaine. But he was hesitating and telling them that he couldn’t do that type of stuff there in the party around everyone and that they might have cameras and that they should go outside of the party and do it out there. I witnessed them leave the party and come back after a few minutes. When they came back he continued to try and talk to my girlfriend in a more intense way behind my back, whenever I wasn’t there. So we all felt very uncomfortable because he kept following her and her group of friends around. So we decided to leave the party and when we went outside to leave he followed. So I then proceeded to tell him directly to his face that I didn’t like that he kept following my girlfriend around and kept trying to to talk to her behind my back while I wasn’t there and that when I would come back to talk to her he would immediately leave the scene. He replied to me saying that I should relax and that it wasn’t like that and that we should keep it calm. I wasn’t trying to escalate anything or get into any altercation with him because I knew that he was a police officer, my girlfriend had told me he was prior to everything happening. So I just let him know to please stop following her and talking to her because it was making us feel very uncomfortable. Then suddenly an altercation broke out between one of our female friend’s and the aunt of the friend that had invited us to the party right behind us in front of the house while we were talking. And they started fighting. Then I witnessed that two males started chasing and swinging at our friend. So I jumped in and chased them to go try and help her and break up the fight. Then I yelled out “you guys are literally men trying to hit a female!” As I was running down the street I turned around and noticed that Noel Espinoza chased down behind me and yelled out to me “let’s settle this and fight” and he was cussing me out and talking all this trash. And I didn’t wanna fight because he also had two other male friends back him up behind him and also chase me down the street with him. So I wasn’t going to try and fight an officer and 2 other grown men. So I ran to my car and picked up my friend because she had ran back to the car as well and then we drove back to the party to pick up my girlfriend Aileen and her other girlfriend Jaime. When I went back to pick them up my girlfriend told me that Noel had tried to grab her by the arm and said “fuck your lame boyfriend and your stupid friend you should stay here with me.” But she pushed him off of her and said no leave me alone and came and ran into the car and I drove off. When I pulled up in my car the other male friends were acting like they were going to whip out a gun or weapon out of their pants but they didn’t have anything to pull out. That is the end of the story we have multiple witnesses to confirm what had happened. Just felt very uncomfortable and weird because he is a police officer. He also lied to the other people in the party saying that he did not try to fight me or do anything to me but he clearly did and yelled and cussed at me saying he wanted to fight me.
