Suffered a seizure while driving due to epilepsy (unknown at the time), was in an accident and was charged with OUI by Animal Control Officer Hanks. All air bags were deployed, no medical attention received. Was charged with fleeing the scene, entire front end of the van was smashed, I was confronted and assaulted by 4 bystanders, one of which identified himself as an off duty LEO (he is not) and was listed in the police report as a Good Samaritan.I sat under a tree (about 5 feet from the truck) until the police arrived. I was arrested and placed in the back of a cruiser for 15-20 minutes, no A/C sweating profusely, Officer Hanks said he was not an HVAC expert when I asked why there was no air. I would later go on to have a 2nd seizure while with police most likely due to Officer Hanks incompetence and was told several times at the hospital that I could die. I would find out about a month later I have a family history of epilepsy, and have been suffering from seizures (All while sleeping until this day) for the past 2-3 years.
