Officers were called in refrence to me ding dong ditching 1 house. I am only 13, and I was treated and chased like a criminal. They pulled up on me in an aggressive manner, and called for back up and chased me by vehicles and on foot for approximately 10 minutes. I only ran because I was scared of the way I was approached. This was excessive and unjustified for a 13 year old boy that ding dong ditched 1 house. When I walked over to their squad cars to talk to them, they were very rude and when I invoked my right to remain silent when they were trying to identify, I said I wanted my parent present first. They ignored this and kept trying to falsely identify me, even though I had done absolutely nothing illegal and commited no crimes. They then threatened to falsely arrest me, even though I still had not commited any crimes or done anything wrong. My parent then arrived on scene, and I was let go.
