Doral K9 Police Officer Ariel Gonzalez Badge No. 435 violated our son's civil rights, he assaulted and battered him verbally and physically, made false statements and arrested him with no probable cause right outside our home inside a gated community called The Courts at Doral. City of Doral and Doral PD have seen the videos and all the evidence of the wrongful arrest, the use of excessive force and all the lies, and they still haven't done anything about this abusive cop. We lived in The Courts at Doral for over 20 years, our son was just walking outside. Doral Police Department concluded their Internal Affairs Investigation and have determined this was not excessive force. They said the officer just GUIDED / REDIRECTED the kid to the ground... with those exact words. We are enclosing their Internal Affairs disposition letter and our response with evidence that contradicts all their statements.
