On December 13th, 2021, I was arrested when my passenger was being served a warrant when I wittnessed him reaching into his pocket and tossing his drugs into my vehicle. I did not know that he had them as he had just asked me for a ride to drop him off at our local grocery store. He quickly told them they were his, however i was still arrested. This caused me great anxiety as I suffer from general anxiety disorder in which I am under a Doctor's Care. While trying to prove my innocence and explain my innocencetovthev sheriff, deputy James Torres flinched his body at me to the point of stomping his feet on the floor in unison as if he were going to attack me. I believe this to be unlawful use of excessive force. He had no reason for threatening me in such a way. Such actions are not only abusive but misconducted as an officer of the law.
