On 8/2/20 I was arrested due to a high neighbor calling the police alleging someone had hit her car. Regardless that she never gave a description of who to investigate before or after they arrived and informing them with about my medical conditions I was taken to the county jail for DUI. Afterwards when in custody I was dragged around in handcuffs and thrown into a cell where the officer acted as he was going to hit me. Later that night I asked for medical attention due to that fact but was denied. In conjunction after reviewing the discovery notice that he forged the affidavit as it was inconsistent to his court testimony and police reports while the person who signed it wasn't even subpoenaed. Through my judicial process he was even allowed to tamper with the video without a chain of custody.
