During Sting operation Atty General Special investigator with 3 mo's of experience, was part of sting operation where she posted in an Adult only website a vague Ad. it reported mother with 2 guests and nothing about children. My son answered ad. during conversation NO SEXUAL tones were noted. but she Acted as Intermediary. While investigator Steered conversation directed chat, made all arrangements and meeting location Violating ICAC Standards. Also Violating TOS terms of service contract. stating even in court she didn't add ages of children because it would have blocked her add. But during meeting my son was outside and as she states she looked out the door saw him and then closed the door. But during arrest she stated she Saw arrest and saw that son Bladed and was forced to be taken down, kicked in groin. She saw incident through a closed door, 30 ft away in the dark, and confirmed with another officer same. During interrogation she replied she saw everything, while being interrogated son was having medical condition and as on recording " didn't look good" but they continued to speak with him and search his cell phone with no warrant. they asked for pin number, and he was unable to remember it, but while handcuffed in back they used his finger to unlock phone. Arrest warrant showed per investigator Subject stated he intended to engage undercover children in sex. No Where is It noted in any conversation either written or recorded. also, officer who kicked son in groin reported same. During Grand Jury Hearing Investigator reports Same she saw things through closed door, and adds She was told child porn would be found on his phone and home computer, CID Army investigators, didn't take hold of home computer till day after Grand jury testimony, how can she make such report, BTW none Found. Also reports Gun and flex cuffs found in son truck but had permit for weapon and Cuffs came of Duty Belt. Also, no mention of who searched truck or found items no other items found in vehicle. McDonalds were found that he bought to eat after talking mother out from exposing kids to such event. Search warrant applied for 1 week later, after she already searched truck by herself, and only then were condoms found and within 3 mins of starting search, found on passenger floor, with cigarette's he doesn't smoke. While awaiting bail hearing, it was noted investigator was one telling Prosecutor to raise bail to $50,000 because she heard his unit was raising the money for bail, . While awaiting bail hearing Investigator was listening to jail calls to where jailer told her about something she should hear, Investigator reports she heard conversation where " evidence would be found on his old phones, and He was worried about old cell phone on base because there may be child porn on them. Investigator applied for warrants based off false and misleading statements and informed CID of such calls so they can apply for warrants to seize, NO CHILD Porn found anywhere. While awaiting trial Investigator posted on Facebook about pedophiles a few days before and " only you can prevent Pedophiles Day after son's arrest and reports her job is " taking out the Trash. Extreme bias's. While incarcerated and awaiting bail hearing Investigator states she spoke with Sgt from army who reports son AWOL. she could never have spoken with him because he was with me and lawyer, and conversation never happened. Also, while awaiting trial and still listening to jail calls, Investigator overheard, conversation outlining Investigators perjury grand jury statements, misleading statements for search warrants, even though recorded phone statements, Truck evidence manipulation/destruction ad well as missing body camera evidence that was lost. Also, during trial investigator admits she violated ICAC standards " because i didn't want to speak to those people, and she reiterates the Grand jury Statements, as well as reporting cell phone Browser history as seeing certain things and not other items. per their Expert, Phone Browser history was not able to be found due to not logged by program. But she also did state during trial when asked about sex, states " well he didn't say that exactly. Investigator committed perjury to grand jury, Misrepresented evidence for search warrants, Violated Civil rights and continued to perjure herself during trail, none Of this was brought forward to trial because when ADA Zachary Becker who knew or should have known, due to investigator informing him of jail cell calls, case was sent from state to Federal court, which were found out be illegally obtained " evidence" As well as used uncorroborated statements from military warrants which turned out to be false and coercive in nature, where father told daughter to lie about incident. and phone chats were known not to be from son but someone else with totally different description.
