Officer Larkins came to my house. Stated that someone had told him I ran a stop sign. To which I replied I had not. He then became verbally abusive toward me. Screamed in my face and spit in me. When I turn to enter my home to retrieve my I’d he grabbed my wrist and bent it up behind my back. My other arm was still in a functional nerve block from a recent surgery to repair my elbow. He then let go. When I turned to face him he has his tazer deployed in my face. I turned and entered my house in fear for my safety. He then kicked my door in and held me at gunpoint in my own living room. The chief arrived. They placed me in a car and then were overheard by friendin my garage that officer Larkins had intentions of shooting me. They talked. Officer Larkins returned to the car and “ unarrested me” his words. Not mine. When I checked the following day the stop sign violation had been dismissed and not filed and I have a thousand dollars in damage to my home. The chief of police would not meet with me. The city administrator made me come to a public city council meeting to have my property damages paid for and the mayor says he could not figure out how to run his voice mail to retrieve the several I had left. The sheriff will not meet with me. I have been harassed be this officer. I have also interviewed with the Nebraska state patrol regarding this assault on my home and person and they refused to investigate. Jacob Morris of troop d is the contact there.
