1. Kindre Scott interviewed Corey Jones during the interview him cohorts him to say Chalice chopped the pill on the counter 2. He obtained three phones and one belonging to Chalice, Lilli Ochoa and Braelen Thornton. No search warrant. Her father bought that phone and paid the bill for the phone. Kindre Scott will not return the phone, stating it’s evidence. 3. Inv. Jamie White guested Chalice’s password and got into her phone. No finger prints were taken from phones. Inv. White gave that information. Lilli Ochoa stated it was in fact her phone and she purchased a new phone after 8/31/21. I revived calls and text from Lilli at and after midnight 8/30/21 -8/31/21 Putting that phone at the residence at that time. No other phones were obtained by listed Subjects in the case. 4. The residence had surveillance cameras. Footage was not obtained. Corey Jones, Kindre Scott, and Coroner Erin Hackley stated that Chalice was seen on camera the night of her death. Kindre Scott stated there was nothing of importance on the camera. He later stated that he did not personally look at the footage that he was given that information by Criminal Investigators, Jamie White and Jessica Welborn. The camera footage would had revealed the accurate time of arrival; coherency, and clothing she was wearing.. 5. Clothing obtained and accompanied her body to the GBI Crime in Decatur was not requested to be secured evidence and I located to this day. Autopsy reveals a list of clothing that may or may not belonged to Chalice, although the second bag contained her nose ring and black hair tie. K. Scott refuse to help locate these materials and items received as evidence to GBI crime lab or information of the person who collect this evidence. 6. He did not report that Chalice was found naked and rigor mortis. 7. Scott did not search Chalice’s personal book bag that still contained a marijuana joint. The book bag was returned to her parents on 8/31/21 the day of her death after Cory Jones call 911 to inform law enforcement they left it behind and it needed to be returned to the family. Corey stated that he was not question by Scott that day. Not Subjects or law enforcement can describe Chalice’s clothing. No statement by Kindre stated a T-Shirt was found between her legs or requested it as evidence. 8. Scott did not interview names given of suspects involved with her death. 9. Scott inaccurately documented information, such as license. Chalice did not have her license, only I.D card. 10. Failed to interview all subject listed on reports or request to obtain phone records. 11. Chalice only shows $20 purchase of weed. Doesn’t show she purchased any other drugs. Only states from Allie Phone . 12. Phone conversations state Allie and Alexis picked up Chalice. Kindre said Alex Shea. 13. By law officers are to report any sexual assault . In the conversations Chalice specified that she had been raped prior to this by a guy named Chase. To this day he still hasn’t told no other law enforcement or reported. 14. Corey and Alexis helped in busting Danny Hall. When they should had been suspects in daughters death.. 15. States he has debit cards but Her father has both debit cards. 16.
