MS. SARAH WHITE PLANS: On January 10, 2021. A witness by the name of Sarah White, called into the non-emergency line of the Pasadena P.D. Tx. To report an altercation between her brother and minor son’s Father. Mr. Cardell Jackson. DONE ON DECEMBER 30, 2020...She then, was directed to the Family Violence Division. Officer Dennis Rice was assigned, she had told them (Officer Rice and Powell) that her brother Jonathan White ( WHO WAS THE AGGRESSOR WHO DID HAVE A WEAPON ) did not want to file a complaint so he turned witness, WITH A CRIME DONE TO HIM ? AND THE POLICE LET THAT GO 🤔hum..?? the 10day wait I could guess to conspire a plan for Ms. White’s motives. And have her best friend as a witness, Ashley Wade. Who stated in the report that She seen Ms. White escort her brother Jonathan White, into apartment ( where he’s safe ) Then comes back out the Apartment 🤔 but didn’t say..🤭 why, what, and for who? At the time Ms. white, her brother & Ashley live together at 4201 Fairmont pkwy Pasadena Tx. 🤔 COPS NOW SWITCH: Sarah White talk’s to Officer Rice. January 10, 2021..She tell him as a witness…That her brother Jonathan White had a gun pulled on him, by her son’s father on December 30, 2020. Also Ms. White stated she tried to get her brother upstairs more than 2 times.( NOW UPSTAIRS MS.WHITE AND MR. WHITE). But never stated, she escorted her brother into the apartment. And he came back out, the resident either..🤔. Ms. White continues by saying her baby’s father turned around went to his car came back and pointed a gun at her brother, not her. That she jumped in front of her brother. Then Mr. Jackson put the gun back down. Sirens were heard that’s when Mr. Jackson left. The Officer either it was Powell or Rice confirmed. ‘O YOUR BROTHER IS THE VICTIM NOT YOU.’ A recorded statement from Sarah White states this. 1. The Officer put his own version together. Now making Sarah white, the Victim and Mr. Jonathan White the witness 🧐. ??Q 2. All statements were made by phone📱 ☎️. So how do you know who’re talking too? With the witness as well.. NO BWC.. there goes your evidence, of her statement. What she, and the witness said to you and you, said to her, and them😳. Then sworn under oath as an affiant that what you put together is true. But don’t produce the evidence to your “facts.”?? 3. A recorded statement by Sarah White says Officer Rice place’s her/(them?) under oath🤔 but can only a judge do that?? 4. On February 11, 2021 he filed for a warrant for the arrest of Mr. Cardell Jackson. With NO..Probable Cause. 💁🏻♂️🧐 BUT WHERE IS YOUR EVIDENCE, THAT GOES WITH THE INDICTMENT IN SUPPORT OF THE CHARGE???🤔 Text messages show from Ms. White. She tried to get the charge dropped between February 12-23 of 2021. By calling Officer Rice on several occasions including leaving messages. Sarah White also stated that Ms. Ashley Wade called as well. Ms. White repeated to Officer Rice that she was a witness. She even filed a Non-Prosecution Affidavit in support of her fact. Ms. White went as far as to inform the Prosecutor Bryan Honeycutt. That he Mr. Jackson did not pull, aim or point a gun at her. She also told the prosecutor that she filed an affidavit of non prosecution to support her fact.
