There must have been a failure to communicate between myself, my probation officer and Senior Deputy district attorney Barnes. I was unjustly remanded into custody due to the fact that it was approaching 5pm. statement to (domestic violence) Judge.(whole other issue this is for DUI) Barnes statement "just throw him in there(wave of his hand) we will deal with it next week." I willingly appeared as I always do up until this day. I am a veteran in a veterans diversion program. Every mission statement on ventura county's veterans diversion has been Violated. I am currently residing at the West VA medical center to ask my team how do I communicate effectivly to a courtroom who chooses not to listen. My company which I am the Owner is a known contractor to many customers, CDCR just for irony's sake, among many others. I am currently unable to support my family due to the incident.
