Formal request made to the district attorney of Otero county New Mexico Scott Key, for investigation into use of a suspect court document by a plaintiff in illiciting a Tacticle response by sheriff's department. On Sunday morning February 12th 2023 the sheriff's department Tacticle team was sent to my families home in Tularosa New Mexico. This was in response to a suspect writ of restitution. Delivered to the department by a criminal property manager. Suspicions of a falsified or otherwise altered document use. This was done with malice and forethought by the person. Evidence ofslander and statements of premeditation are available. The 8 armed "SWAT" type officers approached the residence just before noon. The residents were cordial and presented a receipt of appeal to a higher court standing down the Tacticle response. This was located directly adjacent to the middle school and across the street from the elementary school. The actions of the property manager and the sheriff's office endangered not only the family and neighbors but the village children. A formal request was sent to the district attourneys office, and to the district court judge in attempt to get actions in this ", Swatting" incident. Appeals to the state Secretary of Department of public Safety, internal affairs, state police commander, governor, attorney general, US attourney office, FBI, etc. were all made aware of this happening. Not one of the officials has responded. No investigation has been made by any authorities.
