Statement
Scott peters declared under oath that he was familiar with “the police report and/or investigation conducted by the TACOMA POLICE DEPARTMENT, incident number 24241000859” which is an untrue statement that a judge used to deprive William Lucas McVeigh from 192 hours of his life and 10,000 dollars. During booking pierce county was notified that McVeigh charged 1000 dollars per hour and would be submitting a bill. At the time of this notice pierce county accepted the terms. Others were involved with the subscription and publishing of this false information used against McVeigh in collaboration with Scott R. Peter’s. Further, the false testimony supported the deprivation of McVeigh’s constitutional rights. Use of the name “McVeigh” and the word “bomb” is the same as racially profiling someone with a name from the mid east and the word “terrorist”. This has caused a bias and treated McVeigh as a class of one. No incident report is on file. The only attachment was hearsay from a sheriff which the false facts were based.
