Statement
The states attorney and the county of montrail /McKenzie health and human services. Filed an affidavit that contained false information. Which is perjury. Stating that my daughter had been placed in foster care the first time due to drug use this is a false statement. The states attorney filed this as evidence in a shelter care case against me.
