On February 22, 2023 documents were filled with the stokes county clerk . Valerie Thomas 43251 called the clerks office and requested the filer come to the DA's office. while in the DA's office the documents were hand delivered to Valerie Thomas 43251 after several pleas on the record to Valerie Thomas 43251 and Judge Angela Puckett, Valerie Thomas 43251 still refuses to bring forth and present those documents which are evidence in case 23CRS238968
