False DHS complaint was filed against my brother, his live in girlfriend under duress filed PO because they told her to. She made numerous false accusations. Later she filed numerous false violations of PO. Cherokee Nation Catina Drywater who is a former DHS worker has stalled his court date for over 2 years with over 20 dispositions that had no purpose. My brother was arrested and at the time he was told it was for sending dick picks. He recorded the whole thing, the police without a search warrant took his phone and has not ever returned it. The later changed the charge to stalking and violation of protective order of which they have no evidence. Meanwhile the alleged victim has been actively stalking him. DHS dismissed their case against them because they had no grounds, they put his children in their biological mothers home who is a drug addict with extensive criminal record. Her aunt is friends with the worker who removed the kids Jordan Harris. My brother was held in jail for 2 weeks before he had bond hearing and they set his bond at $300,000 dollars and told him if he didn't make bail they would take his parental rights. Right before trial twice now they have pressured his to take plea deal. They have refused to return his phone with has exculpatory evidence on it and tried to bar his therapist from being a witness, he was literally in therapy during one of the alleged violations. He had to take down his social media as the alleged victim was relentlessly stalking him, he has over 900 screenshots of her stalking his social media, over 27 videos of her driving by his house, and more of her family driving by his house. The Rogers county police have intimidated witnesses, DHS put the Indian Tribal Welfare Act doesn't apply to his kids on paperwork despite them being tribal members. Drywater has repeatedly threatened my brother if he didn't take a pleas and won a jury trial she would just keep retying him until he lost. They barred his from two counties, one where he lived, the other his family's locale, he was not able to use his tribal services anymore and missed four family funerals as a result.
