Statement

Christopher contacted my wife before my sentencing and ask her what she would like to see done. She stated she wanted the "No Contact Order" to be lifted and for me to return home after 4 months. He agreed and told her that I would not see any jail time and will be put on ankle monitor for alcohol. During my sentencing he demanded I go to jail for 45 days immediately. I was shocked and so was my lawyer. Judge Schipper heard this and said I do 2 weekends in jail. Also the R&O charge I received is wrong, clearly from the dash cam I did not resist. I do not deserve this sentencing.

Definition of Offense(s)
