Hello, my identity is david-michael, the American Principal Executive Officer, beneficiary, and Executor of the decedent Estate DAVID MICHAEL BERENATO aka [Berenato, David Michael], IRS Executor EIN-93-6760828 Julia M. Skinner, in conspiracy with her boss Sean M McCormack, matthew P. Smith, and the Pennsylvania State Police, stole my identity and falsely attached a legal name that was not my identity to me to create charges even though I provided proper identification of my true identity in a scheme to fraudulently trespass upon my estate I am the executor of and falsely create bonds and securities without my written consent or permissions. I have found out through some investigation that she has falsely claimed to be the beneficiary of my estate that I am the beneficiary and executor of without my knowledge, and falsely made the judge the executor instead of his administrator position, falsely doing a probate action disguised as so-called “charges”. She is moving forward with the case even though she has the evidence in her possession that I am a national exempt under your 11th amendment and has my identifications identifying me as such and one of the people and not a U.S. citizen or a US person. In open court on the record they have admitted that I am not the defendant and the name is not my identity but yet they continue to move forward with their rico scheme. The head judge the head prosecutor the head sheriff are all on the prison board making extra money from each conviction besides what they are getting paid by the state. They even send me documents in the name of David-Michael instead of the legal/estate name. The Identifications labeled Pennsylvania state national and Record of Identity has always been in their possession.
