Collusion, Double Jeopardy, Improper Coding, failure to identify coercive tactics used by police against a child, ignorance of the laws, charging people with outdated laws. Also, laughing and mocking defendants Statute of Limitations Failure to protect child witness/discovery was given to person being jailed in Seward County Jail without being redacted enough to keep child’s identity and address safe. Also this discovery was also leaked to the public. As a prosecutor, it is imperative to know the laws in which are used to strip someone of life and liberty. Not limited to.
