Statement
I was involved in a motor vehicle accident on July 20th. The officer on site never introduced himself nor asked if I was in need of immediate assistance. His first concern was if I was the driver, an then instructed me to move my vehicle to a safer location. His concern was more for the person that caused the accident an not the person who was actually hit (me). When providing my statement of how the accident occurred I was interrupted by his remark of "That's when she bumped you". I corrected his verbiage stating that "I was hit, not bumped. There is visible damage to both vehicles and you ( meaning the police) were called." He audibly scoffed and stated " we dont use big words like that hit, bumped, tap its all the same". I replied, except it isn't because all of those mean completely different things. He told me to calm down an walked back to get the information from the individual responsible for the accident. It wasn't until after did he ask if an ambulance was needed. He was very dismissive and non chalant during the entire interaction. I only know his name because it was visible for me to read.
