I'm a 100% P&T PTSD disabled veteran, that was left on the side of the road with my 4 year old and girlfriend. I was in the middle of a medical emergency and I fully disclosed that plus more to every officer that arrived after doing that with the Initial officer (about 4 in total). I told them I was on my way to the ER I had no family within an hour drive of where I was and I'd fallen down my stairs case. Also that the plates on my car were different due to my seizures being noted on those plates and the car they belonged to was mine as well and being switched over to my truck due to inability to drive my totaled Lexus. They didn't care nor did they even really address that they continued to make it seem like I was trying to get away with a stolen car. They towed my only vehicle during a medical emergency they knew about. Leaving my baby myself and my partner on the side a foreign road at 8pm. I later had a visit with the VA telehealth due to my PTSD Im unable to take ambulances which I also disclosed to officers but that was also ignored. They even gave me a notice to appear for a misdemeanor after everything was disclosed to them all multiple times. I looked at the paperwork and they had more errors made my the officers themselves it was ridiculous. They had the wrong year for my trucks vin the run, they had the wrong date a few places, they even had different plates numbers of their own and conflicting times for the same incident. They even had the wrong address for my partner and one of the numbers they wrote backwards. They did such a sloppy and unprofessional job on the entire "routine stop" it was rushed and completely unnecessary especially when explained with extreme detail and leaving a PTSD p&T veteran on a unknown road with a 4 year old and woman stranded vulnerable was ridiculously going against my disabled persons act rights and my rights as a veteran. With my plates being taken care of I had no reason to commit the crimes I was being accused of and my car being towed was hindering me in the worst way at the worst time legally. I also think she out the wrong badge number because the system can't find her by what she or on the notice.
