I have been involved in a civil lawsuit in Harper County, Kansas, for eviction of agricultural ground since November 2023, Case #HP-2023-CV-300003. The judge granted the landowner his motion for summary judgment. On February 10, 2026, the court order stated I had until March 1, 2026, at 5:00 PM to remove my personal property, the only stipulation was that I notify the landowner's attorney with a 24-hour notice. On February 24, 2026, I was on the property removing my items. Deputy Allen arrived, driving through the field with his lights on. He told me I was not allowed on the property; he had a 10- page document proving that. I showed him a copy of the court order and the email to the landowners' attorney stating I did have permission to be there. He said the landowner wanted me charged with criminal trespass. Deputy Allen submitted a false affidavit based on a false police report to have me arrested on March 23, 2026. After I bonded out of jail, I found the landowner had committed a self-help eviction by putting locks on the shop preventing me from removing my personal property. When I contacted the sheriff department, I was told there was nothing they could do, my case was civil.
