Mount Prospect Police Officer Bartek Giera is abusing his authority as a Peace Officer by constantly harassing me, making false statements on reports and to my landlord, violating my rights, using abusive, threatening and intimidating language and official misconduct and what I believe as racial profiling and hate crime against me.
Giera keeps coming to my workplace property (private property) with threats to arrest me for upholding the law(s), keeping my property in peace from crimes and trying to protect myself against trespassers that's coming to my property to attack and harass me. Giera also ordered me to not call the police again when my safety is at risk and him and his main partner "in crime" Officer Lee has stated I will be arrested if I do. Giera also stated he will never assist me with these law violators... and in fact told me he invites people that make false calls on me to come back anytime they want to and I can't do anything about it. Officer Cannon was a witness to that incident from a prior event. I believe Officer Giera's abusive authority is putting me and my safety at risk by allowing the community to assault me any way they want knowing they will not be arrested themselves for their criminal activities because Giera's accessory to a crime, aiding and abetting their behaviors. Giera is quick to look at reason to arrest me and swift to dismiss the charges on the people who on video is breaking the laws towards me. Giera has also resorted to impersonating a licensed attorney, possibly impersonating a Cook County Sheriff's Deputy and Judge by consulting and giving legal advice to my building's landlord and its managers on talking to me about protecting my rights and safety here and force me to stop upholding and respecting the laws, and interfering with a civil matter on evicting me by himself. Giera has come to me telling me he was here to arrest me on trespassing charges that only a court, Judge and Deputy will know, and he teamed up with my landlord to lie and say I was not allowed on the property as I was evicted which Cannon was present and determined it was all a lie or intimidation tactic to scare me. Giera is clearly involving himself in civil matters he has no jurisdiction in at all. During the last visit from Giera on 4-11-2026, Officer Heiser was a witness to Giera's misconduct as I've pointed out and she observed multiple lies he has told in properly doing a truthful report and then contact on speed dial my landlords managers which I don't know where he got the numbers unless he is working in tandem with the building to find unlawful ways to get rid of me. Heiser's look on her face told me she was shocked and in disbelief on what she has heard and witness from Giera's unprofessional, unethical behavior and constant story changing and fabricating.
