Officer Fisher (under supervisor officer Chamberlain) was very impatient and not understanding to my side of a next door neighbor issue. he acted too hastily to write me a trespass ticket at my own residence that was dismissed. I was never trespassing and if he had the patience to read the previous police reports patiently he would have understood better. He did not try calling me or even approaching me with any kindness in this situation. in his police report he even misconstrued important details. and give me very little voice in this ongoing situation. I have the body cam evidence and also the video of my front door where he pounds on it not accepting that I was already on the phone with dispatch, explaining I would not accept any tickets. I have much more information I can provide. my question is, this sort of ticket mailed this way even legal? this whole situation was unmerited and obvious he had a compliment about his cologne from Hope Emerson in unit 116 (next door) before writing this ticket and speaking to me at all. this is very concerning this officer is so easily manipulated. abuse of power and many other violations he committed against me when I have many chronic ailments. bullying harassment by neighbor made worse by my disability.
