A Conditional Administrative Order was filed on February 19, 2015 asserting that Patrick Don Redden was in violation of Oklahoma Statutes 59 § 1310(A)(23); 59 § 1310(A)(24); and 59 § 1314(B) for failing to file required surety reports with the Oklahoma Insurance Commissioner for the months of October, November, and December of 2014.
Such surety reports are required by all bail bondsmen.
