On 12-17-2017 I called Union County Sheriff's Office to report multiple vehicles following me and then repeatably driving by shouting profanities, blowing their horns and racing their engines. Once two deputies arrived the stalking stopped, and the deputies refused to even write a complaint. The deputies gaslighted by saying they have never heard of groups of people doing things like that. I learned later that was a lie and they were well aware of what was going on due to the Sheriff's department being the lead for Union County COPS program. Once the deputies left the stalking and severe harassment continued, I then followed one of the cars and got the tag number and called the Sheriff's dept back. The second time only one deputy came and instead of parking in my driveway he parked at the next-door Alpine Volunteer Fire department where the stalkers had been grouping up and organizing. The deputy motioned for me to come to him and without thought, I did. I was then arrested for public inox. I was under the influence of nothing! This caused severe anxiety as I have PTSD. None of the criminals were arrested. I spent 13 hours in solitary confinement, cold, no medication, no water even though they produced records saying they gave me water which was a lie. Prior to the jail I sustained a head injury when forced into the back of a Sherriff's cruiser. My mother had to pay a 500.00 bond for my release. A few months later I went to trial and the case was dismissed, I suffer irreparable harm from this malicious false arrest. And irreparable harm from the cruel and unusual punishment while in jail. While in jail I had a severe panic attack and was not allowed to take my prescribe medication. Included in this report is the jailer's statement that diagnosed my medical condition from eyesight and wrote " chest pains were due to previous drug use" I've never been arrested for any type of drug use or alcohol use.
