Stalking was reported to the Union County Sheriff's office in December 28th, 29th 2020 at my residence. I caught several ( approx. 20) individuals on my property at night on the night of the 28th and early morning on the 29th. I followed them to a house near me about 150 yards away. I took a couple of photographs of individuals and vehicle's. Once they realized I was outside my home they ran through a wooded area to the house where other vehicle's were racing out of the drive way all with their flasher lights on. This was part of a diversion to obviously confuse me, the victim. The owner of the house and one that was stalking on my property, Chris Adams was seen by me leaving from my driveway. I captured the tag number and did a public records check and the tag was registered to a John Charlwood a Mississippi national guardsman. After going very public and naming some of the criminals OI was later arrested in March 26, 2021 for stalking! by the complaint was signed by Chris Adams! the Judge that signed the warrant was Chris Childers Union County Justice court judge. I was forced to pay a bondsman 300. to get out of jail. I signed a complaint on Chris Adams for stalking and he was never arrested nor did we ever get a court date. Through my legal counsel the charges were dismissed against me. Later John Charwood filed a complaint against me for cyber stalking in Lee County Mississippi for cyber stalking felony. Both of these charges were not only false but UNLAWFUL. The crimes against myself and property have been and continued to be SANCTIONED by Lee County Sheriff and Union County Sheriff. The two perpetrators were never arrested for stalking and yet by exercising my protect speech, I was arrested twice and TOURTORED in Lee county jail.
