Statement

On 11-17-2021 Richard Moore appeared at the Union County Sheriff's Office in New Albany Mississippi to make a formal complaint of BREAKING AND ENTERING.

Reporting Officer Jennings.

Moore reported 600.00 in damages of a broken door frame. Moore documented and identified the perpetrator Courtland Tanner Vaughan.

According to previous statements from Vaughan, he has been assured by the Sheriff of Union County, Jimmy Edwards that he would not have to worry about any legal repercussions and any alleged crimes that he may commit or that may be reported by the Victim Richard Moore would be ignored. 

Courtland Vaughan named in a Federal Lawsuit along with Jimmy Edwards, named as a State Actor in Civil Action No. 3:21-CV-158 The United States District Court for the Northern District of Mississippi, Oxford Division. Courtland Vaughan did not answer the complaint and the record shows he is in DEFAULT.

Union County Sheriff's Department simply recorded the complaint and did nothing and refuse to investigate or prosecute the complaint even though

the crime is well documented including video footage on YouTube.
