Description: Officer Pagan had a Temporary Restraining Order issued against him. Upon being served with the TRO, local police attempted to take possession of his approved off-duty firearm and Officer Pagan was unable to locate where the firearm was stored. It was later discovered to be stored in an unsecured box with fully loaded magazines in the trunk of his vehicle.
