Description: On 10/6/22, Officer Roldan was involved in an off-duty motor vehicle accident, which resulted in injury to another person. Officer Roldan was arrested and charged with DWI & Assault by Auto(2C:12-1c(3)(a)). Officer Roldan was suspended without pay on 10/18/22. As of 12/20/22 criminal charges were still pending. Based on the incident and the fact that Officer Roldan was still in his working test period with pending charges, he failed to satisfactorily complete his working test period.
