Description: On or about March 30, 2022, Sgt. Leininger approved the move of an inmate out of Housing Unit 3 to Housing Unit 1, a move that facilitated the inmate being placed into direct contact with an individual who was on his "No Contact"€ list. This move was a breach in security measures. Sgt. Leininger did not report this move on a Supervisor's Report or to any members of Administration. Sgt. Leininger failed to maintain any record related to the transfer, including discarding the inmate's original Request Slip. The penalty was 15 days suspension.
