Sustained Charge: Ofc. Rothfritz was suspended for failing to provide complete candor and/or to divulge relevant information and insubordination.
Description: Ofc. Rothfritz told his supervisor that a vehicle was "gone" when in fact he had the vehicle towed contrary to a directive. He failed to follow proper policies and procedures and the Chain of Command all of which compromises the safety and security of the public and fellow officers.
