Description: Member admitted to acting in an official and unofficial capacity to the discredit of the Division while both on and off‐duty. The member consumed alcoholic beverages inside a station while on duty. Once off‐duty, the member consumed additional alcoholic beverages at a local establishment to the point of intoxication. The member then crashed into another vehicle while driving marked troop transportation, departed, and provided false information concerning his involvement when contacted by a supervisor.
The member received a 545 day suspension.
