Description: SCPO Kennedy appeared to be sleeping on duty by closing his eyes during the 1 minute and 36 seconds video while assigned on a hospital detail in the care of an incarcerated person serving life for murder and kidnapping. This detail includes the officer being assigned a firearm. This neglect of duty was supported by Body Worn Camera video and the officer’s own admissions.
