Description: On 6/26/2023, Recruit Pierre was criminally charged with [N.J.S.A 2C:14‐9B(2)] Invasion of Privacy for an off‐ duty incident where he was charged with unlawfully photograghed and filmed the victim using a camera to obtain image('s) of the victims intimate parts without the victim's consent, which caused him to be dismissed from the Police Training Commission Academy he was enrolled in. On 7/7/2023, Recruit Pierre resigned from employment, after being suspended pending termination, for failing to complete the Police Training Commission Academy he was enrolled in.
