Description: On 09/29/2021 Ptl. Barboiu was advised by a supervisor not to touch a female employee in his attempt to demonstrate a claim made by a reported victim regarding a criminal sexual contact investigation. Ptl. Barboiu disregarded the supervisors order and did so anyway. On June 16, 2023 a decision made by a hearing officer affirmed the charges and upheld the 45 day suspension.
